Look for "Soy Free Tofu" in my Collection. You will see 3 different types you can actually make: with Chickpeas, Beans and Lentils. Unfermented Soy foods are actually bad for our Health, but now we can Venture a new interest with these ingredients and make our own Tofu any time we like, and cheaper too. They work out just fine and they look simply great!
Use Homemade Italian Dressing, not store bought. Always avoid Toxic Canola and Seed Oils, Soy and Corn Oils. Be not taken in by Marketing Ploys, and misleading Health Info by Misleading Medical Information. They are very backdated, according to Genuine Natural Health Researchers!
