Ingredients
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup lupini flakes, uncooked (120g)
  • juice of one lemon (48mL)
  • zest of one lemon (optional)
  • 2 TB extra virgin olive oil (30g)
  • ⅓ cup tahini (80g)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (1 tsp or 3g)
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp sea salt (6g)
  • ¼ tsp cumin or cumin seed
  • ¼ cup cold water (60mL)
  • 8 to 10 drops liquid stevia (optional)
