Ingredients
  • 1 cup roughly chopped cilantro leaves
  • 1 jalapeño seeds removed and roughly chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice (about the juice of 2 limes)
  • ¾ teaspoon Kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup avocado or canola oil
