Ingredients
  • 450g 4 stars Mince Beef
  •  
  • 1 to 2 Cloves Garlic, finely diced
  •  
  • 2 to 3 tbsp parsley or Chives finely cut
  •  
  • 2 tsp Ground Cumin
  •  
  • 1 tsp Ground Allspice
  •  
  • Or Moroccan Season Salt (ready made)
  •  
  • 2 tbsp Instant Oats or Dry Breadcrumbs
  •  
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt, Himalayan or Celtic Salt
  •  
  • ¼ cup Liquid Coconut Oil by Coco Earth
  •  
  • ⅔ cup Greek-style Yoghurt
  •  
  • 1 Free Range Egg beaten
  •  
  • garnish with parsley
  •  
  • 1 Lemon Juiced
Steps
  1. In a large bowl combine beef, garlic, 2 tablespoons of parsley, spices, breadcrumbs and eggs. Season with salt and pepper and mix thoroughly with your hands. Divide the mixture evenly into rissole shape balls.
  2. Bake them in an oven or counter oven 210 celcius for 20 to 25 mins or fry in a stainless steel frypan until cooked through.
  3. Mix the yoghurt in a small bowl with lemon rind and juice and season to taste with salt and pepper. Place rissoles on a mound of cous cous or toss with farro and top with a dollop of the lemon yogurt sauce, serve immediately.
Notes
  • Whatever you do, don't use non-stick frypans. Most Manufacturers still use the toxic Teflon chemical and hide that by using different names. Plus PFOA also very Toxic, and stays in your system a very long time - compromising your Health as it has an accumulative affect.
  • Also, for your Health's sake and that of your Family, we should be sparing with how often we Fry Foods and Use Moderate Heat - not high.
  • AVOID Cheap Nasty Canola and Seed Oils (Sunflower, Safflower, Grapeseed, Ricebran) SOY and Corn Oils because they all go through a highly Chemical Process that is detrimental to our Health over time.
