I will substitute Lupins for Soybeans - they are much Healthier. Really Rich in Protein and High Nutritional Profile. Honest Researchers will tell you that SOY is actually BAD for you - not the Health Food the Soy Industry Claims it to be. If you like, you can make the Lupin Milk in a Soy Milk Maker for the Tofu instead. Look for the one by Joyoung etc on Amazon. The prices vary considerably. It makes Creamy Soups etc as well.
