Over the years I have learned to make wonderful things that my family and friends get to enjoy. The easiest one—and most frequent—that I make are dinner rolls. These sweet, buttery, warm, soft rolls are the best I have ever had anywhere and, while it may sound like bragging, every one of my friends and family agrees. They rock.
Blue Ribbon Recipe
We've tried a lot of dinner rolls, and these are fantastic yeast rolls. They are fluffy, tender, and you won't be able to stop eating them. The balance of the buttery flavor and a slight sweetness is perfect. This recipe makes 12 rolls. You could make the rolls smaller and get more out of them, but we loved the size of these dinner rolls.

Homemade croutons taste so much better than store-bought and are super simple. They are crispy but melt in your mouth.
You can vary the seasoning ingredients to your liking. Sometimes I add a crushed garlic clove (instead of garlic powder) to the oils to get a deeper garlicky flavor.
Store croutons in an airtight container in a cool place or freeze them.

Have mercy, this is so good! This recipe is different from other gooey treat recipes you may have seen because I use a whole bag of chocolate chips. You might want to have the recipe handy if you share it with anyone because they will probably ask for it.
Oh my... this is a heavenly dessert. These dessert bars taste like a cross between a really good chocolate chip cookie and a gooey butter bar. The cream cheese filling is creamy and a slight crust forms on top. They're made with ingredients you probably have handy in the kitchen. Which is great because they're delicious and you'll want to make these often.

In addition to the potatoes and cabbage, this soup contains onions, celery, carrots, leeks and green onions! The recipe starts out by sauteing some of the veggies before adding the rest of them, along with broth, and simmering until they are tender. Both potatoes and cabbage go so well with sour cream and bacon, n so the soup is finished off with both!

This million-dollar chicken casserole is rich, creamy, and incredibly savory. It's so good, it's hard to stop eating! The cottage cheese is the trick to getting such a creamy texture and using rotisserie chicken keeps this recipe quick. Feel free to add peas or steamed broccoli. Serve with a simple salad or noodles.
