Raise your hand if you grew up loving pimento cheese! ♡ This retro Southern spread brings up some major nostalgia for me. We always used to look forward to opening those little store-bought jars of it for snack time when we were kids, and spreading it on crispy celery sticks etc And even though I was a very picky eater back in the day — oh my goodness — I absolutely loved this stuff. And later, a Friend showed me how to Make it! Pimento cheese is incredibly easy to whip up in just 10 minutes or so.
Making homemade butter is way easier than most people think, and it is SO quick. Plus it’s just really cool to see cream separate into butter right in front of your eyes. And the food science behind homemade butter is surprisingly interesting. Also, you have the privilege of using a small amount of Healthy Salt like Himalayan OR Celtic Salt - be sparing because they taste a bit stronger but because they are not refined, they have 84 Nutrients instead of 2 which is excellent addition for your Homemade Butter or Cheese Etc.
I sometimes buy butter at Aldi because they have the best price. It's perfect for baking. But if you want butter for a special dish, learn how to make butter from cream in a Mixer. Homemade salted butter tastes so much better than Store bought butter, and it's very easy to make at home. It has a shorter shelf-life, but you can freeze it to preserve it longer. This also makes buttermilk that you can use to make pancakes or biscuits etc.

A Fruity and Spicy Recipe. Watch the Harissa if you are not used to it because it's really Hot like Cayenne. AVOID Sunflower Oil, Canola, Veggie Oils and choose Coconut Oil, Ghee or Extra Virgin Olive Oil - they are much healthier.
Avoid Non-stick Spray and use Enamel Pans. Researchers have established for sometime that "Low-Fat No-Fat" Guidelines are actually based on the Flawed Science Theory of Ancel Keys who actually Cherry Picked certain Countries to establish his Views while deliberately leaving out others. And ALL True Health Advocates establish the Importance of having Whole Eggs - the Yolks contain Balanced Protein, Lutein and Natural Lecithin. Do Enjoy!
