  • 400g tin chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 250ml vegetable stock
  • 2 tbsp harissa
  • 4 prunes, pitted and sliced
  • flat-leaf parsley, chopped, to serve
  • steamed couscous, to serve (optional)
