Also, you have the privilege of using a small amount of Healthy Salt like Himalayan OR Celtic Salt - be sparing because they taste a bit stronger but because they are not refined, they have 84 Nutrients instead of 2 which is excellent addition for your Homemade Butter or Cheese Etc.
