Gaz - seriously it’s the most labour intensive thing I’ve ever made! I used a combination of recipes but largely based on this but without the spices (only turmeric and coriander seeds) plus I had a layer of spinach and I didn’t precook the salmon (a whole side rather than pieces). 80 ameratti biscuits 120 digestive. Soak sultanas in the ameretto for 2 days.
Base butter ..Speed 2 80 degrees 2 mins add biscuits speed 7 10 secs.
Everything in thermomix apart from eggs. Add eggs one at a time at end.
