For Oat Flour: Place Rolled Oat Into A Processor Or High Powered Blender For 2 Minutes Or Paulse Several Times. Use Coconut Oil, Bran Oil Or Ghee Instead Of Canola Or Veggie Oils (They Are Actually Toxic Trans Fats). You Can Bake Them Which Is Healthier.
