I use Greek yogurt instead of cream.

500g (1.1 lb) chicken fillet, cubed

800g (28 oz) diced tomatoes

1 cup cream or Greek yogurt

subheading: Curry Paste:

1 Tbsp oil

1 onion, diced

2 tsp garlic

2 tsp ginger

1 tsp cumin, ground

1 tsp coriander seeds, ground

1 tsp turmeric

2 tsp paprika

1 Tbsp garam masala

2 Tbsp tomato paste
