1 onion, diced

2 tsp garlic, crushed

500g (17.5 oz) mushrooms, halved

2 Tbsp tomato paste

1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 cup beef stock

4 Tbsp sour cream or yogurt

2 Tbsp cornstarch
