This is the cinnamon baking chip recipe I have used to add cinnamon to the dough part of the rolls. I like this if I’m wanting to do something different with the filling that may not include cinnamon also. I add them just before the first rise after the dough is all done using the stretch and fold method then placing in my oiled bowl. It makes 2 cups and I haven’t added more than that yet to a big batch.
If you have my scone recipe, I actually have used these in them as well with the vanilla bean icing or brown sugar glaze. (Added in after step 3) I think I only used one cup in that recipe.
