Insulin dependent diabetic. Starting the Keto diet on Monday, 4th September 2017, so my recipes will be based around this new WOE, way of eating. Have about 4 to 5 stone to loose. Not set a certain 'weight', will be going off how I feel, and my clothes. Have tried slimming world, and found that wayyyy to carb heavy, and was screwing up my bloods something chronic! If your following me for ideas, no worries! Going to try and add carbs, protein, sugar and fat values as I go to the recipes I've logged. If anyone finds a particular recipe hey think is fab, please let me know, would love to try it!
