this recipe was delicious too...and soooo easy! I added baby carrots and onion wedges to the potatoes for the first roasting time of 20 minutes and put the whole green beans and grape tomatoes and chicken breast filets and marinade in for the second roasting time. 20 to 30 depending on chicken thickness. It was excellent! Oven 425*
Used cooked turkey instead of chicken… added at the end. Used 2 cups mixed frozen vegetables. Added 1/2 cup dry sherry after making roux.
I used 2 cups 1% milk & 1 cup half n half.
