Really good I used Chile garlic sauce and tapatio , It was a tad too spicy but not enough to ruin, maybe next time just use 1 TBS. I loved the potatoes, remember to cut them at least ½" as they will disintegrate. The pan was a tough workout to clean, hmmm I wonder what would make it easier- not aluminum foil, ( problem with ripping when you turn potatoes, maybe parchment paper?
English muffin bread is better- Caveat- warm mixer bowl so it doesn't take so long to proof, also you could heat up toaster oven to 170 and turn it off.
I just did 1 cup of raw rice and winged the rest. With the yum yum sauce I did about about 1-2 tbsp mayo and cut down the rest. It was a good addition. Used peas, half a carrot, leeks and and half a sm white onion. Did the shrimp with sugar in a bit of olive oil with sugar sprinkled on them ( the 1 minute method.
Used one piece of salmon , mixed chicken broth with heavy cream ¼cup broth to about a ½cup hc. Was good but not great one caveat, the ravioli are pretty salty so don't add salt
