Preheat oven to 450
I took cauliflower- fresh or frozen and dredged it in a mix of plant milk, water, whole wheat flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika
Spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or silpat - don't oil because it WILL stick
Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through
Prep the bbq sauce
When the first bake is done, toss in the bbq sauce and return to baking sheet to bake for another 25 minutes
The ranch sauce is a blended silken tofu based :)
