Cook half a bag of dry rice ribbon noodle according to package instruction.
Water sautee diced garlics and sliced king mushroom and 5 spiced hard tofu for 3 mins.
Add in cooked ribbon noodkes at the same time add tamari, nutritional yeast, tom yum paste, and black pepper into the mix and cook for another 3 mins.
Add dark soya sauce, chinese chives and fresh bean sprout, cook for another minute or 2.

Indonesian Nasi Goreng. The key ingredients here id sambal olek made by blending fresh hot chilli, garluc glove, lemongrass puree, tomato paste, lemon juice, sesame oil. Add in your favourite veges and cooked rice.
Husband wanted fruit cake, so made this nice moist pumpkin cake.
Mix in blender:
1 cup cooked pumpkin
I cup plant milk
One third cup maple syrup
Splash almond essence.optional
In large bowl: mix together
1 and half cups of whole meal flour, I used spelt
Half cup almond meal or extra half cup flour
I tbs ground flax
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp bicarbonate soda
Stir in pumpkin mix
Add two cups dried mixed fruit
Bake for approx 1hour, 180 degrees, cover if needed while cooking.
