Casserole, Creamed Corn
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
Mix whole grain corn and cream, cornbread mix, sour cream, melted butter, and eggs in a medium bowl until well combined. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
Bake in the preheated oven until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 45 minutes.
