I started WW in the Fall of 2021, which means I'm trying to eat healthier and less processed meals. Most of my recipes are WW-friendly, Low-Carb, or can be easily modified for WW. I enjoy creating my own recipes, meal-prep, freezer-prep, and making my own sauces, marinades, and pantry staples. I believe the Instant Pot is overrated, the Slow Cooker is underrated, and burgers are best made in a cast iron skillet.
