I tripled recipe, using my largest cookie sheet. But only used a total 4 Tablespoons butter and a squirt of Dijon for all three packs of rolls. And sprinkled top with Better Than Bagel topping
The longer you cook it the better it gets. If the sauce gets too thick, you can always add a little water. Add half a cup of light cream and make a pink sauce.
