Healthy Gluten Free Chicken Nuggets
Ingredients

  • 1.5 tsp ( 1.5 tsp) salt
  • 1 tsp ( 1 tsp) black pepper
  • 1 tsp ( 1 tsp) garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ( 1 tsp) onion powder
  • 1 tsp ( 1 tsp) paprika powder
  • 30 g ( 1.06 oz) blanched almond flour (around ¼ cup)

  • 45 g ( 1.59 oz) egg white powder (around ⅜ cup)
  • 2 ( 2 ) eggs (for coating)
  • oil for frying (I used lard)
  • oil for hands (I used olive oil)
