Instant Pot: Country-Style Pork Ribs (Sirloin)
Fun Facts:

♥ Country-style ribs are not really ribs. They are really pork chops, more meaty and less fatty than real ribs, and should be cooked like chops, not ribs.

♥ Country-style ribs are cut from the blade end of the loin close to the pork shoulder. They are meatier than other rib cuts. They contain no rib bones, but instead contain parts of the shoulder blade (scapula).
Ingredients

  • 1½ teaspoons salt
  • 1½ teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1½ teaspoons onion powder
  • 1½ teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (remove if you have issues with spiciness)
  • 2 green onion, chopped

  • 2 to 4 pounds country-style ribs
  • ¾ cup apple juice
  • ⅔ cup BBQ sauce, plus more for serving
