- 1½ teaspoons salt
- 1½ teaspoons garlic powder
- 1½ teaspoons onion powder
- 1½ teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (remove if you have issues with spiciness)
- 2 green onion, chopped

- ¾ cup apple juice
- ⅔ cup BBQ sauce, plus more for serving
