  • 1 cup chopped fresh tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon salt, or more to taste
  • 1 cup uncooked quinoa
  • 2 cups (500 ml) water
