1. I cooked a pot roast yesterday that was so incredibly good. I used Kosher salt on all sides of the meat then I sauté the meat on all sides until a little crispy. Remove meat and deglaze pan with 2 cups vege broth. Put meat back in pan (no trivet). Then add a little garlic, pepper, onions, and bay leaves. Used the meat button and set for 75 minutes. NPR for about 15 minute. The flavor was so good!
