Here's old trick I learned. If you going to chop up hard boiled eggs why bother to peel them?
Just crack raw eggs into a pre sprayed bowl. I did 12 here.
Then I cooked them on manual for 5 min on trivet with 1 cup water underneath. and natural release.
checked to make sure they were cooked all the way inserted a knife in a yolk. Then let cool and the egg loaf slid right out!
Now just chop away for salads or what ever you need chopped eggs for!
No ice bath, no peeling!
