Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons drippy tahini
  • ½ lemon, juiced (about 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice)
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons fresh grated ginger
  • ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt, plus more to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons warm water, to thin dressing
