Kolkata Club Style Baked Kachori Aloo Recipe by Archana's Kitchen
Baked Kachori Aloo which is also called as Kolkata Style Club Kachori is a delicious evening snack which you can serve with Aloo Curry, Date and Tamarind Chutney and Masala Chai.
Ingredients
  • subheading: For Kachori:
  • 2 cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
  • 1 teaspoon Ajwain (Carom seeds)
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • Salt , to taste
  • Water , as required
  • subheading: For Stuffing in Kachori:
  • 1 teaspoon Cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin (Jeera) powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander (Dhania) Leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Amchur (Dry Mango Powder)
  • ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 1 cup Yellow Moong Dal (Split) , soaked for 2 hours
  • Salt , to taste
  • ½ cup Coriander (Dhania) Leaves , chopped
  • Cooking oil , to brush
  • subheading: For the Aloo Curry:
  • 2 Potatoes (Aloo) , peeled and cut into small cubes
  • 2 teaspoons Cooking oil
  • 1 Dry red chilli , whole broken into pieces
  • ½ teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon Cumin (Jeera) seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2 Onion , chopped
  • 3 Tomatoes , chopped
  • 2 Green Chillies , slit
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 2 teaspoons Coriander (Dhania) Leaves
  • ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin (Jeera) powder
  • ½ teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • Salt , to taste
  • ¼ cup Coriander (Dhania) Leaves , chopped
  • 2 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves , for garnishing
