Ingredients
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • Mrs Dash lemon Pepper
  • Mild curry powder
  • Oil
Steps
  1. Wash cauliflower and trim. Cut or break into medium/large florets (finger food size).
  2. Set oven, bottom rack, to 425. Line a bake sheet w foil, put in oven to warm up.
  3. Toss in a large bowl with just enough oil to slightly coat. Lightly Sprinkle both seasonings, tossing well a few times, then sprinkle again, tossing, to lightly coat all over.
  4. Pour cauliflower on hot pan, spreading out w tongs.
  5. Roast 10 to 12 minutes. Check the bottoms. If they are lightly browned, turn over and roast again for 10 minutes. Test for doneness. (I like mine aldente.)
  6. If you want, sprinkle a tiny bit of salt.
  7. Turn off oven, let them cool a minute or so, then put bake pan somewhere safe and serve, or save for later pickling; or chopped in salads, or chopped mixed with rice, or pasta salad.
