Overnight cooked rice, quickly fried with chopped precooked (red onion, carrot, whole cumin, scallion or onion, celery, )then mixed with a bit of mixed BBQ/hoisin sauce, and served on a bed of small chopped lettuce. You can add chopped hard egg or cooked black beans on side of plate, or separately. Sprinkle w cilantro if you like it.
Similar to Asian Ongiri but with no seaweed, cooked Italian sausage chunks, and a small slice of flavorful cheese, and minced sautéed greens mixed with rice if you want, or wrapped in one small piece around the sausage filling.
Lightly fried in a tiny bit of oil or Pam until browned, or roll completed roll in pinko and grated cheese to makes a crust.
