Chickpeas tempeh briyani rice
Ingredients
  • Chickpeas tempeh briyani rice.No oil.
  •  
  • Cook one cup of basmati rice in dry fried spices consist of cloves, star anice, cardamon, cummin, fennel seed and bay leaves.
  •  
  • Water fry chooped onions with tempeh for 2 mins.
  •  
  • Add in cubed sweet potatoes, bitter melon, egg plants.with seasining like chilli , tumeric powder, black salt and pepper, nutritional yeast, tamari. Cook for 10 mins or till veg is soft.
  •  
  • Stir in cooked rice. Garnish with cilantro and freash chilli.
