Basil Flower Vinegar

My recipes are low carb paleo: fresh,healthy, whole food ingredients with very few starches, no sugars, no vegetable oils. The health of my spouse and myself has improved dramatically eating this way.

Vinegar of your choice (Wine vinegars work nicely here; I used an inexpensive white wine vinegar and a beautiful Cabernet Sauvignon vinegar that was a gift. Both worked well.)
