Oven-Baked Hard Boiled Eggs

My recipes are low carb paleo: fresh,healthy, whole food ingredients with very few starches, no sugars, no vegetable oils. The health of my spouse and myself has improved dramatically eating this way.

You can BAKE eggs and they will come out exactly (if not better!) like normal hard-boiled eggs. This is perfect for doing lots and lots of bulk egg cooking!
