Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp avocado or olive oil
  • 1 small yellow onion, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 16oz ground pork, chicken sausage, or ground chicken
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup + ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 + ½ cups almond flour
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp ground sage
  • 2 tsp baking powder
