We eat one or two bites of this delicious cheese log as a dessert ... one of our favorite desserts.
Ingredients
  • Goat Cheese Log (size of your choice)
  • Package of Dried Cranberries (or Cherries)
Steps
  1. Remove Fresh Goat Log from packaging and set aside
  2. Soften cranberries/cherries using this method: The Best Way to Soften Dried Fruit
  3. Evenly distribute softened cranberries on a sheet of parchment paper
  4. Roll log into the cranberries and wrap with the parchment or wax paper
  5. Firmly roll wrapped log so cranberries adhere to the cheese
  6. Place in refrigerator to chill
  7. Unwrap log 30 minutes before serving
  8. Eat as-is or can be served with crackers
Notes
  • We shop mostly at Aldi and are able to purchase the goat cheese and dried cherries there regularly.
