World's Best Cinnamon Raisin Bread (Not Bread Machine)

This is the best Cinnamon Raisin Bread I've ever had! It really has a great consistency and smells WONDERFUL while baking.

1 1⁄2 cups milk

1 cup warm water (must be between 110 to 115 degrees)

2 (¼ounce) packages active dry yeast

3 eggs

1⁄2 cup white sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1⁄2 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup raisins

8 cups all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons milk

1 cup white sugar

3 tablespoons ground cinnamon

2 tablespoons butter, melted (approx.)
