Cream Cheese Frosting

I am a retiree who loves to search out recipes. I am a mom to 3 amazing kids and grandma to 5 beautiful grandkids who are nearly all adults now, 3 in college and 2 in high school. I dont cook as much as I use to because I have mobility issues but I love finding recipies that I would love to try and some I do. I hope whoever is reading this enjoys the recipes I've collected.

1 block full-fat cream cheese block, chilled (not spreadable) (see notes)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup milk powder (see notes)

2 cups powdered sugar sifted

¼ cup cocoa powder sifted

1 cup chocolate, melted and cooled to room temperature (see notes)
