Ingredients
  • 1 can uncooked ready-made pastry
  • Jar of curd, any flavor
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 325°.
  2. Put uncooked ready-made pastry in bottom and sides of greased mini-muffin pans.
  3. Add ½ tsp (no more than this!!) of any flavor curd into each pastry.
  4. Bake following the directions on the pastry can - about 10 minutes.
  5. Cool completely before removing from pans.
