Healthy Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
  • 1 ¼ cups almond flour
  • ½ cup oats, chopped
  • ¼ cup brown rice flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 Tablespoon flax meal (ground flaxseed)
  • 4 Medjool dates *
  • ½ cup maple sugar *
  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla
  • ⅓ cup almond butter, softened
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 Tablespoon molasses
  • ½ teaspoon of sea salt *
  • 1 cup vegan semi-sweet chocolate chips (we used Enjoy Life Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mega Chunks. Also, Enjoy Life Dark Chocolate Chip Morsels can be used.  Or any chocolate chip of choice)
