  • ½ pound | 250g ground pork (mince)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh , finely chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • subheading: Gravy Sauce (OPTIONAL):
  • ⅓ cup butter
  • ¼ cup plain / all purpose flour
  • 250 ml | 1 cup vegetable broth (or stock)
  • 250 ml | 1 cup beef broth (or stock)
  • 1 cup thickened (or heavy) cream*
  • 2 teaspoons regular soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper , to season
