Bubble Room Red Velvet Cake

This is hands-down the best red velvet cake you will EVER have. This recipe was first made popular by the world famous Waldorf Astoria hotel and is also the one served at the Bubble Room.

1 1-lb box Confectioner's Sugar

10 oz Cream Cheese, softened
