Pork-Stuffed Dim Sum
This healthy version by Katie Caldesi uses cabbage leaves instead of wonton paper. It's a tasty crowd-pleaser that will delight your family and friends.
Ingredients

  • 200 g savoy cabbage, whole leaves
  • 450 g ground pork or ground chicken
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 (30 g) scallions, finely chopped
  • 21 g (55 ml) fresh ginger, peeled and grated
  • 1 red chili pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp tamari soy sauce
  • salt taste
  • subheading: Serving:
  • 2 tbsp tamari soy sauce, for dipping
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds, toasted
