Modified French Toast in a Bowl
High Volume/ 59 Cals Including Pancake Syrup

Ingredients
  • 3 Tbsp Oat Fiber (**NOT oat flour)
  • ¾ tsp. baking powder
  • 1 egg white or egg substitute
  • Dash of vanilla or almond extract
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Stevia/ splenda/ sweetener to taste
  • note: *Sugar free pancake syrup
Steps
  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a microwavable bowl and then add egg, extract and finally water to make a thick batter.
  2. Microwave for approx. 1 minute.
  3. Drown in syrup. Or, alternatively, almond milk to make a kind of milk cake.
