Roasted Garlic Hummus
Ingredients
  • 1 whole head garlic
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon paprika, for garnish (optional)
