Triple Berry Baked Oats Meal Prep
Ingredients
  • 2 medium bananas 250g
  • 1.5 cups old fashion oats
  • 10 tbsp CSE cinnamon roll protein powder 100g(vanilla or snickerdoodle would be good too)
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1.5 cups fat free Fairlife milk
  • 5 tbsp plain non fat Greek yogurt
  • 120 g frozen berries
