Creole Mustard

My recipes are low carb paleo: fresh,healthy, whole food ingredients with very few starches, no sugars, no vegetable oils. The health of my spouse and myself has improved dramatically eating this way.
If you can't find genuine Creole Mustard in your local stores, try this.

Use in Creole Mayonnaise
Ingredients
  • 6 T coarse-grained mustard
  • ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Tabasco sauce or hot sauce of your choice
  •  
  • subheading: Other possible ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon shallot - minced
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
Steps
  1. Mix all ingredients together.
