Ingredients
  • 16 oz spaghetti or other pasta
  • 1 can tuna
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 c fresh parsley
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • ¾ c cream
  • ¼ c grated parmesan
  • 3 egg yolks
Steps
  1. Cook pasta in salty water.
  2. Shred parsley and garlic, add tuna, and fry it all in olive oil in a pan (2 to 3 minutes).
  3. Mix cream, egg yolk and parmesan in a separate bowl.
  4. Drain pasta and add tuna-mix and cream-mix (the heat cooks the egg).
  5. Stir all together and top with more parmesan.
