Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 jar salsa
  • Cheese singles
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Sour cream
  • 1 bag round yellow corn tortilla chips
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Brown ground beef in skillet.
  3. Drain off fat, and then mix with ½ jar of salsa.
  4. Arrange 24 round nacho chips in one layer on a cookie sheet.
  5. Cut 6 cheese singles into 4ths. Top each chip with a cheese piece. Then top with a generous spoonful of ground beef.
  6. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  7. Serve with lettuce, tomato, sour cream and salsa.
