Ingredients
  • 9” pie crust dough
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ c sugar
  • ⅔ c dark corn syrup
  • ⅓ c melted butter
  • 1+ c pecan halves
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 325°.
  2. Beat eggs well with sugar, dash salt, syrup and margarine.
  3. Stir in pecans.
  4. Pour into uncooked crust.
  5. Bake about 50 minutes, till knife inserted halfway between edge and center comes out clean.
  6. Cool before cutting.
